Amanda Glaus

I take pride in strengthening your core! A dancer from age two to 18 and a gymnast during my teenage years, I know the stamina it takes to be an athlete.

I grew up in the north suburbs of Chicago. I graduated from Carmel Catholic High school in Mundelein followed by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. From there, I went on to pursue a career in health wellness where I’ve owned and managed Chiropractic Clinics for the past 18 years, in multiple states. I work with staff on motivating, training, running seminars, HR, software implementation, creating manuals and assisting with patient care. In 2012 I received my certification in Health and Wellness Coaching through American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).

Today I am a small business owner of AG Wellness Quad Cities, IL. I specialize in Fitness and Nutrition coaching for individuals and groups. My goal is helping my clients achieve optimal health

I started teaching at ATB in June of 2015. I love the opportunity to work with young dancers at ATB. My passion is coaching individuals, young and mature, to help each one of them reach their highest potential through sports, activities, lifestyle and health.

I live in LeClaire with my husband and four children.
